- Is there a shipping fee for an online return request?
Yes. For online returns that are not related to defective items, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
The shipping charges are as follows:
- Within Riyadh, Dammam, Jeddah: 18 SAR
- For other Saudi Arabia cities: 21 SAR
- Other GCC countries: SAR 40
- What happens if you receive a defective item?
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, we are committed to resolving the issue. You can choose to get a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.
- Is there a shipping fee for returning a defective item?
No. For online returns of defective items, the return shipping fees will be waived.
- How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 14 business days from the date of return. However, please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on any banking delays beyond our control.
