Privacy Policy

Mubkhar General Trading Company operates qa.mubkhar.com and is responsible for the personal information collected through it. In this policy, “we” and “Mubkhar” mean that company.

We handle your information in line with the Qatari Personal Data Privacy Protection Law.

You give us: your name, e-mail address, mobile number, delivery and billing address, gift messages, and anything you write to us in a message, review or support request.

We collect automatically: your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you visit, what you add to your cart, and how you reached our site.

We never see your full card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment providers; we receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.

• To take payment, pack your order and deliver it to you.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and answers to your questions.
• To handle returns, exchanges and refunds.
• To recommend scents and show you products that suit you.
• To send marketing messages, when you have asked for them.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We share only what is needed, only with parties who are bound to protect it:

• Shopify, which hosts our online store.
• Payment providers and banks, to take and refund payments.
• Delivery partners, who need your name, address and mobile number to reach you.
• Marketing and analytics platforms such as Google, Meta, Snap and TikTok, to measure our advertising and reach the right audiences.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies keep your cart filled, keep you signed in, remember your language and let us see which parts of the site work. Advertising cookies let us show you Mubkhar products on other platforms and measure whether that advertising works.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will stop the cart and checkout from working properly.

We send offers and launch news by e-mail and SMS only to people who have asked for them. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to an SMS or write to us at hello.qa@cs.mubkhar.com.

Unsubscribing stops marketing only. You will still receive order confirmations, delivery updates and refund notices, because those are part of the purchase.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as the tax and commercial law of the State of Qatar requires. Account and marketing data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after, then deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop using your data for marketing;
• send you a copy of your data.

Write to hello.qa@cs.mubkhar.com from the e-mail address on your account. We reply within 30 days and never charge for a request.

Our store runs over an encrypted connection, payments are handled by certified providers, and access to customer records inside Mubkhar is limited to the staff who need it for their work.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

Some of our providers — including our store platform and our analytics and advertising partners — process data on servers outside Qatar. When that happens we require contractual protections at least equal to those you enjoy at home.

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

We update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version, and a material change will be announced on the site or by e-mail.
