Shipping Policy

We deliver same day across Qatar. Your order is picked, packed and handed to our delivery partner on the day you place it — everything ships from our own stock inside the country, so there is no border and no customs step.

• Orders are dispatched the same day, seven days a week.
• Orders placed late in the evening, or after the daily cut-off shown at checkout, are delivered the following day.
• Addresses outside the main city limits may need one extra day.

The delivery window that applies to your address is confirmed in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery within Qatar is a flat QAR 20.00 per order, to any address in the country. The fee is added at checkout and shown in full before you pay.

Any free-delivery offer or promotion that applies to your order is applied at the same point, and the fee is removed automatically when it qualifies.

Every order is checked, packed by hand and sealed before it leaves us. Fragile items such as glass bottles, reed diffusers and candles are wrapped separately.

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your payment is approved, and a second message when your parcel is on its way. If you do not receive the confirmation, check your spam folder before contacting us — the message may have been filtered.

We deliver to residential and business addresses across Qatar. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Please give a full address, including zone, street and building number, plus a mobile number that is reachable on the day of delivery. Incomplete addresses are the single most common cause of delay.

Our driver will call you on the number on your order. If we cannot reach you:

• We attempt delivery a second time, at no extra cost.
• You can ask us to leave the parcel with a neighbour, a building reception or a security desk. Once handed over as instructed, the parcel is considered delivered.
• If a second attempt also fails, the order is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a re-delivery fee may apply.

All applicable taxes are included in the prices shown on the site and confirmed at checkout. Because your order is fulfilled inside Qatar, there are no customs charges and nothing further to pay on delivery beyond the amount you approved.

We plan our delivery windows with a margin, but some things are outside our hands: severe weather, road closures, national holidays and peak periods such as Ramadan, Eid and National Day. In these cases we will keep you informed and deliver as soon as we can.

A delay of this kind does not, on its own, entitle you to cancel a confirmed order, but you keep all of your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy once the order arrives.

Tell us straight away if you entered the wrong address. We can change it free of charge while the order is still being prepared. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, the address can no longer be changed and the order must complete its journey before it can be returned.
